BizMet Academy is an education program arranged as part of the EIT Raw Materials funded BizMet project.
On 10th of February, the Second edition of the RMs Manager Course organized by AGH University of Science and Technology ended.
This edition enjoyed great interest of the students. About 40 participants from Europe attended the workshop which aimed to provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate social responsibility, sustainable development and management, responsible mining, as well as the greater adoption of clean and environmentally friendly technologies and industrial processes in the era of transformation to the circular economy model in Europe.
The meetings culminated in the preparation of case studies and presentations related to the problems and challenges faced by the raw materials sector. The works were distinguished in particular by the level and enthusiasm with which their authors approached the issue of sustainable development and circular economy practices. This proves not only the growing interest in the program itself, but also the growing importance of pro-environmental ideas and soft skills in the world of green transformation.
According to our experts the best presentation was given by the team consisting of Ahmed Rassili and Anna Zielińska. They prepared a very interesting speech “MAKeR- Mobile App as a marKeting tool for a Recycled metals-containing consumer product manufacture”. Congratulations!
